Excuses

You know your child is desperate to get up out of bed when they come to say:

"Mom, I believe cinnamon rolls are a treat."

"So, you don't think you should have one in the morning?"

"No."

Maybe she was sleep-walking because in the morning I bet she'll want the homemade cinnamon roll.  (:
